{"id":1,"date":"2019-03-25T14:06:46","date_gmt":"2019-03-25T13:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isaac-g.tech\/Blog\/?p=1"},"modified":"2019-07-18T19:19:53","modified_gmt":"2019-07-19T00:19:53","slug":"porque-emprender","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isaac-g.tech\/blog\/vida\/porque-emprender\/","title":{"rendered":"Porque decid\u00ed emprender."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2><strong><em>Antecedentes.<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como la gran mayor\u00eda de las personas, fui educado para terminar una carrera y conseguir un puesto de trabajo \u00abestable\u00bb en una empresa, con la finalidad tener un futuro \u00abseguro\u00bb y libre de preocupaciones, pero, \u00bfa costa de que?, a costa de todo mi tiempo, de la mayor parte de mi vida, y \u00bfrealmente vale la pena?. Eso me motivo a emprender<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3826086540690672\" data-ad-slot=\"8742192629\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan sabiendo que trabajar en una empresa no era lo que buscaba, lo hice, pero fue por la necesidad de conocimiento,las ansias de saber como se mueve el mundo de los sistemas de manera profesional y poder aplicar esos conocimientos mas adelante.<br>Comprob\u00e9 tras un par de a\u00f1os que no estaba hecho para estar en oficina, enriqueciendo a alguien m\u00e1s con mis habilidades. Si bien al principio yo no sabia el valor de mi trabajo, con el tiempo mis compa\u00f1eros y jefes de trabajo me hicieron ver que las que cosas que hac\u00eda y como las hac\u00eda no eran tan comunes de ver, eso fue un gran incentivo para que la idea de hacerme aut\u00f3nomo surgiera poco a poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparte de trabajar, a la par, desarrollaba video juegos y programas para seguir aprendiendo y en ocasiones consegu\u00eda alg\u00fan desarrollo para una empresa, y algunas si que me hicieron pasar malos ratos, debido a su falta de compromiso y desconocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong><em>Tomando la decisi\u00f3n de emprender. <\/em> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/isaac-g.tech\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/3.png\" alt=\"porque emprender\" class=\"wp-image-22\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isaac-g.tech\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/3.png 250w, https:\/\/isaac-g.tech\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/3-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras prestaba mis servicios en una consultora peque\u00f1a, tuvimos una junta de fin de a\u00f1o, en la cual se expuso el crecimiento de la empresa <br> a mas de 1 a\u00f1o de haberse creado, presentando los clientes con los que se tenia contrato, as\u00ed como ganancias y reconocimientos otorgados. Yo estaba boquiabierto,  la consultora hab\u00eda logrado contratos con empresas reconocidas a nivel internacional, reconocimiento al mejor partner y una decena de cosas m\u00e1s que realmente me impresionaban,  y en tan poco tiempo, en mi caso eso fue el detonante para querer hacer algo por mi, inspirado por el logro del trabajo en equipo.
